Get started

  3. Open a supported property listing and launch DoorHunter to review the property.
  4. Check the listing facts and edit your assumptions before relying on a projected return.

What should I verify?

A model’s rent and resale estimates are not a guarantee. Review comparable evidence, local operating costs, and the property’s condition. Some estimates may be unavailable. Read the methodology, and use the free calculators to test scenarios independently.

Does the extension require a subscription?
