Research and estimates
DoorHunter provides property research, modeled estimates, educational guides, and editable calculators. Results depend on available listing evidence and your inputs. They are estimates rather than appraisals, inspections, lender commitments, or guarantees of investment performance.
Verify listing facts, title, condition, local requirements, rents, expenses, financing, and comparable evidence before making a decision. The tools do not establish that a property can be rented, renovated, or refinanced as proposed. Read the methodology and each calculator’s limitations.
Accounts and saved information
Use your own authorized account and keep access secure. Saved research is associated with your account; standalone device drafts can be lost if browser storage is cleared. Do not submit malicious content, impersonate another person, or attempt to access another account’s private records.
Membership and billing
Free and premium memberships have different market access. Current prices, trial details, and billing terms are shown in pricing and checkout. Review those details before purchasing. Manage subscription status and cancellation through Subscription & billing. For billing or refund questions, use Contact.
Listings and external services
Listings and third-party information can change or be incomplete. Linked websites, mapping services, Google sign-in, Stripe, and the Chrome Web Store are separate services with their own terms. A link or modeled estimate does not establish endorsement, availability, ownership, or permission to use a property.
Shared scenarios and privacy
Anyone who has a shared calculation link can read its inputs. Do not include information you intend to keep private. The privacy notice explains account information, local storage, and contact submissions.
Questions and corrections
Report a product issue, incorrect listing detail, or account question through Contact DoorHunter. Include the relevant page or property and enough detail for us to investigate.
